Huskee

Each year, coffee producers are faced with tonnes of raw waste in the form of coffee husk. Huskee works with Yunnan Coffee Traders in rural southwest China to sustainably dispose of its milled coffee husk, which it then repurposes as reusable coffee cups and other products.

The HuskeeCup is made from an eco-composite polymer chosen after extensive research and development. It’s a durable product that can withstand the rigours of the café environment and be recycled at the end of its life in an environmentally friendly and efficient way, via the company’s HuskeeLoop programme.

Huskee is committed to upholding human rights, fair working conditions and environmental protection. It’s also introduced an ethical sourcing policy to provide a framework to work with its suppliers to improve their social and environmental practices.
